Default New Assassin Build-Black Lotus Assasin

The Black Lotus Assassin
Well, Ive been experimenting with Moebius Strike for awhile and it seemed only useful in stringing together two dual attacks, the recharge while under 50% was never applied in my builds. This new build I have strung together uses it to keep the flow of attack going at a strong pace, it allows for hit and run tactics and good defense. Unsuspecting Strike can be replaced out for Black Mantis Strike for a snare, but Shadow of Haste should prevent the target from escaping your grasp.

Assassin/Necromancer
Level: 20

Dagger Mastery: 13 (10+3)
Shadow Arts: 12 (10+2)
Critical Strikes: 13 (11+2)
Curses: 1

Parasitic Bond (Curses)
For 20 seconds, target foe suffers Health degeneration of 1. The caster is healed for 36 when Parasitic Bond ends.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:2

Unsuspecting Strike (Critical Strikes)
If this attack hits, you strike for +19..29 damage. If your target was above 90% Health you deal an additional 10..34 damage.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:4

Black Lotus Strike (Critical Strikes)
Must strike a Hexed foe. If it hits, Black Lotus Strike strikes for +10..27 damage and you gain 5..17 Energy.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:25

Twisting Fangs (Critical Strikes)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +10..18 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 5..17 seconds.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:15

Moebius Strike [Elite] (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow a Dual Attack. If it hits, Moebius Strike strikes for +32 damage. If you strike a foe whose Health is below 50%, all your other attack skills are recharged.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:8

Shadow of Haste (Shadow Arts)
For 17 seconds you move 25% faster than normal. When Shadow of Haste ends, you return to the location where you activated this skill.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:30

Shadow Refuge (Shadow Arts)
For 4 seconds, you gain 9 Health regeneration. When Shadow Refuge ends, you gain 68 Health if you are attacking.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:8

Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0

As always, comments, criticism, and compliments are welcome.

Edit-*Sigh* I misspelled assassin once again in the title...

for certain situations where a rez sig is pointless as in AB or things like aspenwood replacing that with plague touch could be nice.

niiiiiice in a situation where ya don't need the res sig, nine tail strike FTW, surprising how many people have overlooked nine tail as a devastating attack.

I think Im going to scrap this build, I either havnt gotten the timing down, or the recharge is far too conditional to warrent a build around moebius's recharge ability.

so true. Or you could just be old fashioned (sp) and wait out the 25sec recharge of BLS. Or in place of the rez sig but another offhand like GPS or something else to do while BLS is recharging
